ER-20 Ery Touch failed

Hello,
when i begin homing, the Ery-Touch will go up and the red led goes out and than the nozzle goes down to the heatbed and chrasched in the bed.
The self-test for the Ery-Touch makes no problemes.

There is magnet sets inside the probe of Erysensor, seems fitted in the wrong direction. Remove the probe from Erysensor, change the direction of the magnet inside the probe then put together all the parts.

I can´t get it out from the needle and i has no chance to get a new needle.
