New Printer - Damaged Bed

Post by Charone » Sun Jan 17, 2021 8:26 am

Hey Everyone,

I got a Thinker S 2 weeks ago and when I opened it I noticed that the bed had 3 spots where the PEI had "bubbled". It looks like there was something on the sheet when the layer was put on.

I have been using it hoping that the heat might cause it to even out, but the damage is still there. Can't print in those spots because they are bulging off the bed.

I contacted "technical@eryone.com" 9 days ago with pictures of the damage and I have gotten no response. Does anyone know if I should expect any response from them at all? Is there a better place to contact them?

Thanks,

Hi,
1. The email no one responds
I think there has a high possibility of stopped by the anti-ads system of the email.
You can pm me then I can give a call with tech support team and check this info

2. Other contacts information
For Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/eryone.dawood
or
https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100011472103205

3. About the "bubbled", there are some reasons that will cause this problem
1) Nozzle is too close to the bed
2) Nozzle temperature is more than 240C

Hi William,

I sent you an email instead of a PM because I don't have the authorization to send PM's yet.

Thanks for your help.
