ER-20 Power Issue

Hello,

I have just unboxed and built my ER-20, have followed the video guide and when I switch the power on there is nothing on the LCD screen.

There is power going to the autoleveler, I can hear it and there is a red light.

Nothing at all on the LCD screen.

Can you help?

It means the LCD cable is loose.
You can refer to this pic then correct it:
Also, you can print the LCD cable BUckle to tight it:
