Post by William » Wed Oct 28, 2020 12:05 pm

Hey, all you guys.
Long time no see..:)
Today I want to tell all you guys how to sort out the zits of the prints when you using the USB printing

Details of the problem:
1. When you are using the sd printing then everything is ok without issue
2. When you change the sd printing to the USB printing then the prints will have the zits problem

At the same time, I am apprenticed for
Luca Bartoli. He helps found out this issue and give his solution with this

Back to the solution:
You need to do some change to your firmware and it is important so we need the firmware and software to finish it
1. Visual studio code
You can find it from this link:
https://code.visualstudio.com/
2. Firmware we need
https://github.com/Eryone/mega2560/tree ... mware-Beta

How to and what we need to change?

Open the Visual studio code then import the firmware folder. If you don't know how to import it, here is a video of it:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b2D4I9Yxejw&t=3s

Open the "configuration_adv.h" (You need to confirm which config you need to upload, the firmware provided some different type config)
>>>The folder: THINKER V2/config/Eryone/
1) 32/16 have will have the issue so we can't use it.
32/8 works and the printer is stable. Doesn't solve the serial problems completely, but it solves it on many models (just not the benchy, but easier ones are fine now)
Find out these lines change your config like this then upload it to your printer:

Now we get this result, it improved and better than before. Limited by the 8bit chip, we can't increase the value.
Whatever, it better than before, yes?
Hope you have a nice day:)
