Octoprint Via Raspberyy Pi

Post by Ian » Tue Jun 02, 2020 6:06 am

Hi Guys

i managed to get my printer working fantastic with Cura and tweaked it now so it prints great, albeit 1mm shorter on the Z axis with countless hours of configuring. I now just increase by 5%

Can you help me setup octoprint on the Pi, it won't detect the printer?

sorry it says error on dmesg with usb 1-1.2: device descriptor read/64, error -32.

tried 4 different cables, different baud rates

any ideas

thanks

anyone need any help. just shout.

I discovered the PI 4 is more reliable with the detection of the printer. the Pi 3 was losing connection when turned off and failed to detect
