Problem with extruder

Post by Marco » Wed Jul 01, 2020 3:43 pm

I purchased an Eryone Thinker S printer three months ago.
I didn't have any problems until three weeks ago.

I have problems with the extruder.

Using PLA to print I have to raise the temperature to 250 degrees
and I have to go at a speed of 20 mm / s !!

If I print at 200 degrees or go faster, the extruder gets clogged.
I also bought a new extruder in amazon two weeks ago (always eryone),
but nothing has changed. I always have the same problem.

Can you help me understand the problem?

Attached is a photo where you can see the printing at
250 degrees at different speeds.

Hi, it seems your printer has a clogged issue.
1. You can try to clean the nozzle at first

2. Try to use another roll of the filament for a test

3. You can check the slice setting of the slicing software
The incorrect slicer software will cause the clogged problem
