Has Eryone Thinker SE PEI on glass or any other surface treatment?

Post by Lepes » Fri Jun 12, 2020 8:06 pm

Once I printed SD calibration cube, I was able to raise the whole 3D Printer just picking up the cube!

I must say the bed was completely cold. I haven't used hair spray to enhance adhesion.
Filament was PLA.

I'm used to this high adhesion when I use hair spray on bed, but once bed goes lower than 35ºC PLA piece cracks and it deattach itself. This doesn't happen on Eryone glass, it stick too much

I also appreciate, I don't know if it is just "a feeling", that one side is rough glass, and the other side is just flat. Am I right?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
The glass of the thinker SE has 2 different surfaces.

Mirror or Texture?
You can choose one of them.

Different:
1. Some stl file need the textured surface for the bottom while some don't need

2. The adhesion of them are different

So? Enjoy it and do what you want to do.

Perfect answer!

Since we are on summer I don't need too much adhesion, I think I will use the flat one, once winter coming I will use rough one.
