Resin post-processing

Post by Podret » Tue Jun 02, 2020 3:45 am

Hello to everyone,

I would like to buy the Eryone 3D resin but i don't know how to proceed about post-processing. Should I use isopropyl alcohol + UV exposure or water with dish washer soap + UV exposure?

Thanks in advice ! :D

Hi, here is some experience of mine.
1. Use the IPA clean the prints at first(Wear the mask and gloves)
I suggest you use a watering-can to clean it. It can save the IPA and high efficiency
lol

2. Prepare a fan and open it. Then put the prints you cleaned before to the fan to dry the prints.
Usually, 30s time then it will dry and I will close the fan

3. Put the prints to the water, turn around 3~4 circle. Then put it into the UV box.
Now, you just need to set the time to dry the prints with the UV box.
I will set it to 15s, then check it ok or not. If it still doesn't dry, I will set again to get a good result.
(It based on your UV box power to set the Exposure time)

4. Done
